Hello..its been a while… I am so busy with life and didn’t get a chance to update. Umm so..i just straight forward introducing myself to all who visit my sites👌🏻
I am a girl ,i was born on 5 january Capricorn🌽🌶,But sorry people,i am more to talking about my weight here 🌞 Bcause i care.
So, I weight about 65 kgs. And was close to overweight..
I faced so many problems on my own..have you ever thought that it must be something you wanna change to yourself? Sometimes you feels like you’re the most ugliest person in the world ,that you feel sorry and pity for your boyfriend to have you hahahaha and sometimes you feel down bcause you’re afraid you’ll lose him and he look at another girl. (Nauzubillah)
Its not that i am negative..let me share you a story of my past relationship with this demanding guy and not supportive… He once said that
“ohh look at that girl..so in shape …if you were her I can’t stand it,thats my taste” while staring at that girl and said that to me.
Thats so..ummm.. i hate it. Its rude for me.But do you know what I did? I work it for him!!! I knew i can do it too , he keep telling me that i don’t know how to make myself pretty and whatnots,and yeah ofcourse We broke up ,who wants to have toxic people in their life?
And from that, i’ve learn how to manage and transform myself. By that time…i work myself and try to find any guide from internet but i did not find any which makes me sad and keep thinking how can I get motivated ,how am I gonna do this,and then i know i can do it by my own..i can even help people,So that is my aim why im on this right now. While that,i was thinking…what if theres someone who need help like I do? Well i mean…there are people who motivate me but they re youtubers who’s allready rich and perfect.I need something to open my eyes and believe. And then…….yea looking at myself..i have a lot to improve..well, let see.
Its time to change . And here what I want to change.
What do I need to change?
Hair-I need to trim my hair,Give it a little wow by coloring it brown.
- Smoothen the hair by buying a right shampoo and conditioner
- Takecare of it! With arganoil,coconut oil or olive oil.
- Take supplements that can improve skin and hair too(i believe guardian have it)
- Sleepwell for the health of hair .
- Buy a new comb that suitable.
- Avoid heat and avoid tie-ying the hair too tight.
- Don’t use facewash
- Sip a lot of water. Yes,drink it..but you need to sip little by little so our inside can absorbs it easily. Imagine if you pour too much on a cotton, the excess water would left there . and this might give you a lot of peeing bcause the body don’t absorb it, its just a waste.
- I recommend the Kiss skincare mask,apply it 3 times a week for a great result and skin will clear.
- I do use sulphur soap but not everyday, twice a week ✅
- Take supplement by kordel clearskin and evening primrose oil.
- Always remove makeup and never sleep with makeup.
- Don’t rub face with towel , but pat it✅
- When its time to do an outdoor activities, Apply a 60spf or 50spf sunscreen . I ‘ve heard that Spf that are high is not good but can damage skin. (maybr depends on the product) But I recommend Sunplay sunscreens.
- Wash face with rice water (everytime wokeup in the morning) , it can lighten the skin.
- Dealing with body odor
- Wax armpit
- I admit i have a problem with body odor..But I did it! Its gone! Know whats the secret? Nahhhh its not a secret 😂😂 The thing is use a spray deadorant of Playboy , smells good .It doesnt darken the armpit.
- One more tips,once you spray it on,let it dry first by laying on bed under the fan or air-conditionr ,so this lessen the sweats if u have any . but always always always let it dry on skin and it will last longer.You’ll smell good all day
- Bodysoap, use milkysoap. It is rich in vitamin.
- Always apply body lotion before bed.Because ,in my experience, if i applied it during the day ,i will became more sweaty and uncomfortable.
- Always do laundry and dip cloths in softlan lavender!
